As you can see, I am a HUGE Dallas Cowboys fan! I grew up in Texas and moved to NC my freshman year of high school. I graduated from Millbrook High School and then went to ECU. My first teaching job was in Charlotte and while I was there I got my Master's from UNC-Charlotte and became National Board Certified. This is my 16th year teaching. I have taught grades 3-7 and 7th grade is by far my most favorite!

I am married with 2 kids! My boys, Nigel and Jayce are 12 and 7 years old and attend Endeavor Charter School. They are very active with sports and keep me busy! We also have 2 dogs-Sammy and Brody. They are getting old so they just like to lay around a lot!!
