Students must have no missing work during the unit the test is on. That means all Khan Academy, Dreambox, and study guides are completed and turned in.

Students must complete and turn in test corrections on this form and get a parents signature on the test. THIS COUNTS AS A HOMEWORK GRADE!!!! 

Students must have a lunch study session with Mrs. Carson to go over misunderstandings and questions before the retake.
